Clara Ave Extension

North Clara Avenue is a public roadway extension within the City of Panama City Beach, in which SCR performed the civil engineering and surveying. This project was a half of a mile extension of Clara Ave north of Back Beach Road.

The North Clara Avenue Extension allowed for the immediate construction of multiple multifamily apartment complexes, allowing for much-needed housing in the area, as well as providing the groundwork for economic growth.

SCR completed the North Clara Avenue extension both on-time and within the predefined budget constraints set forth by the governing body.
