SCR is a full service civil engineering & surveying firm. Owned and operated by its founder and president, Skip Rutherford, SCR is proud of the relationships they have built throughout the years. SCR was founded in 1983, and has experienced the growth of Northwest Florida first-hand having been a part of much of the exciting expansion that has taken place.
Along with the changes in the area, we too have expanded and undergone name changes to reflect that growth. From Rutherford Surveying, Inc. to SCR Surveying & Mapping, Inc. to SCR & Associates NWFL, Inc. The name has changed but the core of the company never has. SCR & Associates is a full service civil engineering and surveying firm and can take care of all your needs.
SCR & Associates’ experienced engineering staff and state-of-the-art equipment enables them to provide timely professional services. We at SCR take pride in our reputation of working with team members on projects to accomplish common goals.
