Emerald Cove Villas

Emerald Cove Villas is one of many subdivisions that SCR has work with one of the nation’s largest home builders, D.R. Horton, both in Civil Engineering and Land Surveying. It is a 113 lot single-family subdivision located on Panama City Beach just west of the Hathaway Bridge. SCR’s site design maximized the land while minimizing the environment impact.
